Truck Panel Adhesive is a high-efficiency adhesive developed specifically for structural bonding of composite panels in refrigerated truck bodies and special vehicles. It is compatible with a variety of exterior materials, including fiberglass, pre-coated steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, and effectively bonds insulation cores such as EPS, XPS, and polyurethane panels to wood-based substrates, forming a high-strength, lightweight composite structure.
The bonded components maintain stable strength after 50 thermal aging cycles between -40°C and 70°C, demonstrating excellent weather resistance and making it suitable for cold chain transportation and outdoor vehicle applications. With high bond strength and batch stability (99.99% production consistency), the system ensures long-term reliable performance and uniform panel quality in continuous production environments.
