Product Detail
Insulation Board Bonding Adhesive
This adhesive system made by Shark is specially designed for bonding external wall insulation composite panels and prefabricated energy-efficient building components. It works well with a variety of finishing materials, including calcium silicate board, ceramic tiles, aluminum, galvanized steel, cement board, gypsum board, marble, and fiber cement board.
It also bonds insulation materials like rock wool, EPS, XPS, polyurethane foam, phenolic boards, and vacuum insulation panels effectively, ensuring the stable integration of multi-layer insulation structures.
Created specifically for external wall insulation boards, sunroom structures, and prefabricated building systems.
In addition to product supply, Shark also provides application parameter matching, substrate compatibility assessment and insulation system bonding solutions to ensure long-term outdoor durability and stable mass production performance.
Insulation Board Bonding Adhesive Features
• Excellent weather resistance, maintaining bond strength after 50 cycles of thermal aging from -40°C to 70°C
• Formaldehyde-free and solvent-free formula, compliant with green building standards
• Superior freeze-thaw durability, with no strength reduction after 100 freeze-thaw cycles
• Structural bond strength far exceeds standard requirements by more than 65%
Insulation Board Bonding Adhesive Performance Advantages
1. Strong weather resistance: Strength remains unchanged after 50 cycles of heating and cooling from -40℃ to 70℃.
2. Green and environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free and solvent-free.
3. Strong freeze-thaw resistance: Strength shows no decrease after 100 freeze-thaw cycles.
4. High strength: Strength exceeds the standard by more than 65%.
