Product Detail
Fire-Retardant Adhesive for Fire Doors
This Fire-retardant adhesive for fire doors is specifically designed for the manufacturing of fire doors and the assembly of fire-resistant composite panels. It can bond a variety of surface materials, including galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, melamine board, and plywood, as well as fire-resistant core materials such as honeycomb cores, rock wool, magnesium board, cement board, and perlite. It is a highly efficient and professional metal adhesive.
The solvent-free, low-VOC formula ensures a clean and eco-friendly processing environment. Featuring DP thermosetting technology, it can cure in just 5 minutes under 65°C and pressure, offering a 2.5 times increase in production efficiency compared to traditional single-component systems. Its longer open time ensures flexible assembly, while the low adhesive consumption helps reduce manufacturing costs.
Components bonded using this system have passed 500,000 opening and closing cycles without any delamination, demonstrating its excellent structural reliability in high-performance applications such as fireproof steel doors, fireproof wooden doors, and blast doors.
Shark also provides process optimization and material compatibility technical support, ensuring a stable and efficient production process.
